This Piano Accompaniment of Mozart's Requiem is for Large Choir (More than 50-60 Singers), there is one, rather slow, "Trauermarsch" Tempo (K. Böhm Tempi), and another tempo slightly faster (Karajan Tempi). Each of the 2 versions is perfectly consistent as a whole for Tempi and Dynamics.The Slow version is wonderful for breath Control. I was lucky enough to be able to study Arthur Oldham's annotations of the score by the Choristers of the Choeur de l'Orchestre de Paris, and to conduct the Choir at various rehearshals, to play the Piano Accompaniment of the entire work, and to sing the whole Bass Part under the baton of Denis Comtet.
